By booking a service with OnePrice Dry Cleaners — through this website, WhatsApp, our pickup partners, or any of our branches — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
We provide dry cleaning, laundry by weight, steam ironing, and specialty cleaning (sofa, carpet, shoes, bags, curtains) across our service areas in South Delhi. Pricing tiers and starting-from prices are listed on our website and updated from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse service for any item that cannot be safely processed.
Pickup and drop are free within our published service areas. Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup. Same-day turnaround is sometimes available on request but is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to operational reasons, public holidays, or unusual items; we'll keep you informed via WhatsApp.
All items are inspected at pickup and again at our facility. Listed prices apply to standard items; items requiring specialty handling (heavily embroidered, beaded, leather, vintage, or unusually soiled) may be quoted separately on inspection. We will not begin work on a higher-priced quote without your approval on WhatsApp.
We take every reasonable precaution to clean garments safely. In the rare event of damage caused by our process, we'll reimburse you up to the depreciated value of the item, capped at ten times the cleaning charge for that item. We are not liable for damages caused by manufacturer defects, prior wear, or items submitted without a care label. Items left uncollected for more than 60 days after the agreed delivery date may be donated or disposed of.
Payment is due on delivery. We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and online transfers. Invoices and receipts are sent over WhatsApp on request.
You can cancel a pending order at any time before pickup at no charge. Once an order has been collected and processed, cancellation isn't possible, but if you're not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprocess the item at no additional charge or refund the cleaning charge.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
